Why this petition matters

Started by Bryce Arsenault

This Petition is for Garage Owners and Professional Mechanics who want to change the current PEI Lien Legislation to protect the business owner from non payment of services rendered. Currently the Lien puts the mechanic in last place if the vehicle leaves the Garage. This will give you first position on the Lien if the customer does not pay for the repair.
