This is a petition to show that the majority of the residents of the Town of Providence Village are against the approval of the Special Use Permit No. 19-01697-01 submitted by Providence Square LLC for the construction of a 7/11 with a Fuel station located at the northwest corner of F.M. 2931 and Fishtrap Rd. 

Residents are concerned with the following:

potential environmental impact 

potential health affects

potential crime increase

potential increased fire hazard so close to residents

potential decline in property value

This is an informal petition from the residents of Providence Village to show our Town Council that we are against the approval of the SUP for the 7/11 which is on the agenda for Tuesday, November 5th.
