Many thousands of residential Park Home residents do not have their own water meters  and end up paying significantly more than they should to the ownerships, who act as re-sellers and frequently exploit their positions.  

Water companies provide meters free of charge to homes of conventional construction and there is usually no viable reason to deny the the same for Park Home residents, other than to save costs to the ultimate benefit of their shareholders. 

Where each home is metered, negligent park owners are more likely to undertake repairs to leakages more quickly and avoid their own wastages whilst residents will properly pay only for what they use.
