Chef Margie Liddick is a culinary teacher at The Career and Technology Center in Frederick Maryland. She has repeatedly engaged in erratical and discriminatory actions towards students in her class, even though mutiple students have continuously complained about her they refuse to do anything about it. We joined this class to get more experience in the culinary workplace all for different reasons and her gaslighting, and bullying has caused a lot of us to lose our love for culinary. We started this petition to shine light on this situation. There is a lot of things wrong with the way she teaches and the way she goes about things and it all should be checked/reviewed. Our first school year is coming to an end and some of our class would like to return for a second year but, we’re hesitant due to what we’ve went through this year. We suggest diversity training because that’ll hopefully help her deal with different people.
