Century Link does not offer fast enough internet speed for people living in high populated areas in Des Moines such as Windsor Heights, especially for gamers & people who work from home. I can’t keep giving my money to Mediacom & I know a lot of people are praying for somebody to kick this monopoly. There was a time less than 10 years ago I was paying 25.00/mo for high speed internet. Century Link can install more lines to provide quick enough wifi service for our Des Moines residentials. Sign this for better business ethics — even if you personally don’t have these issues. I’d like Mediacom to see how many of their unhappy and insulted loyal customers leave them in the dust.
