Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam(TTD) is very famous temple in the world. TTD started online tickets booking portal recently. In that portal, we need to enter captcha code several times while logging and booking tickets. That captcha is in image format which is completely not accessible for person with visually Impaired. TTD is providing online tickets for person with disability including visually impaired people also. But visually impaired people unable to book their tickets in TTD portal independently due to unavailability of captcha in audio format. We request TTD to provide audio captcha in online ticket booking portal.
