Protection of children and families through appropriate family planning

Protection of children and families through appropriate family planning
Many states have proposed extreme bans on abortion in an effort to protect rights to life. However, this will leave women and children without the necessary financial and practical supports needed to pursue their constitutionally guaranteed rights to pursue life, liberty, and happiness. This is most often due to absentee father's who are either I'll equipped or unwilling to be the head of household and financial provider that is expected and needed to guide a nuclear family. For this reason we propose new laws that would require that in states with these restrictive abortion laws, any man who has ever or does ever impregnate more than one woman, whether or not these pregnancies have come to term or not, shall be required by law, at their own cost, to have a vasectomy and to completely financially support any living progeny. If a man in one of these states, is found to have, at any point, impregnated more than one woman without obtaining said vasectomy and providing all necessary financial supports to the pregnant woman and child then he shall be subject to pay a civil penalty of up to $20,000 to any citizen who wishes to take them to Civil Court. Should abortion be made illegal in the US at large at any time then these laws would become widespread. Should abortion become a criminal offense then so too would impregnation more than one woman in one's lifetime, under any circumstance, become illegal and punishable by imprisonment, in any area where abortion was not available in an effort to protect women and families and the nuclear family as we know it.
