Harvey is the 19 year old son of Katie Price, A severely Autistic boy with the mental capacity of a pre teen. His mother was seen exploiting him by appearing at a nightclub and accepting a fee as well as fees for photo opportunities. Harvey has sensory issues,violent tendencies and severe learning difficulties, he is impressionable and unable to fully comprehend these kind of situations. In such photographs taken of the event he is seen playing with a toy train..In the nightclub. So far as there are more mature individuals around him at the nightclub his attendance was an act of abhorrent neglect of wellbeing and exploitation from his mother. If this was any other person that does not carry celebrity status, there would be questions and investigations despite money or notoriety, into the caregivers of such a  vulnerable adult. This petition calls for adult protective services to intervene on behalf of Harvey. This petition asks for the relevant services to be involved in avoiding the exploitation of Harvey by any means necessary. If the relevant services do not take action other situations may arise that put such a vulnerable individual at risk.
