Protect our public land by getting up early on Dec 10th and heading to City Hall. This condo agenda item will be heard at 4 PM on Dec 10th. However, you can sign up to speak between 7 am and 4:30 pm. (Cutoff is 4:30 pm to sign up). So, you could sign up early and leave until 4 pm. The agenda item will also likely run into the evening, and the last time there was a vote, acquaintances of the developer knew to show up early. Nobody waiting until midnight to speak was there to support the project. That’s why we encourage you to sign up early.

Yes, it is terrible that they will cut off the ability to sign up to speak before residents even get out of work at 5 pm, but unfortunately, that’s the current situation.
