This petition is very important as we need to be better informed of what our civic leaders are up to on our behalf.

I'm signing because this will greatly impact the area I live in. I believe citizens should have a say as to the what and where of developments that will have such a devastating effect on their home and community.

Our neighborhoods were designed to be single Family homes, not shoebox apartments! NOT in my backyard!

San Francisco is in desperate need of low income housing. Please protect our less fortunate but able workforce.

I have seen long-time residents have to move out of Redwood City because of speculators who have transformed the rental market. Even well-employed people cannot afford to live here, rent hikes are unreasonable, older building conversions are reducing the available affordable rental units, while we have not provided the BMR housing which has been set as a standard by the "Housing Element".
A lot of people are making big money while a lot of others are being forced out, with no end in sight. GENTRIFICATION in capital letters.
