We the young generations are pleading to stop the conversion of mountains into subdivisions and other housing development. No to Mountain and forest destruction. It’s time to stand together on the environmental issues we face today especially abuse of natural resources, our mountains. As human being, we have the responsibility to do right by our natures that surrounds us, it is up to us to protect our planet. 

Our petition covers the mountains turned into residential housing in some part of the Philippines. Some of the mountains where converted into subdivisions and other housing development for globalization, and urbanization. The creation of houses have exerted adverse impacts on local environment, including land degradation, increased flooding and climate change due to lack of trees.it can also decrease the native wildlife, changes in forest health, reduced water quality and forest carbon storage.
