Julian Assange is a campaigner for truth who revealed how hundreds of civilians were killed by the US military in unreported incidents in Afghanistan. He is currently confined in Belmarsh maximum security prison, after being seized from the Ecuadorean embassy in London, where he had been granted political asylum to prevent his extradition to the US and life imprisonment for doing his job as a journalist by exposing war crimes, mass state surveillance, corruption and torture.

Kier Starmer demanded the abolishment of the RT Channel from our screens, this Labour leader sounds more like a dictator than the leader of the opposition party. RT has since disappeared from all UK broadcast platforms, preventing free speech and freedom of expression, no one is forced to watch this channel, but for those who wish to, then they should have the right to choose.
