Restoring Sharp Park to a recreational area that can be enjoyed by thousands, rather than an elite golf course, is the right thing to do for the community, and it's critical for the endangered species that call this habitat home.

If you're in the Bay Area, stop by our the Sharp Park Educational Forum on March 31st at 6:30 Pm at the Pacifica Library on Hilton Way. You'll learn lots about the ecology of Sharp Park, and help represent an environmental voice in the community!

I can't think of a better idea. The creatures would be protected and future generations would talk of those people back then that did the right thing.

This is a critical issue, both to taxpayers and citizens concerned about the survival of endangered species at Sharp Park. Do not WASTE millions of taxpayers money to subsidize suburban golf that won't even be affordable to local residents.

Show your leadership by publicly advocating for the smart and common sense decision -- restore Sharp Park to a recreational area that can be enjoyed by all residents and visitors and ensure the survival of endangered red-legged frogs and the San Francisco garter snake!!!

I sincerely hope the coalition of conservation groups win their suit. There is no excuse whatsoever for a government entity not to be responsible for its actions against ecosystems and their fauna.

Seriously you can build the golf course somewhere that doesn't threaten even MORE wildlife!
