While denying that the Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist group had claimed responsibility for the Pulwama suicide bombing on Indian troops last month, Pakistan foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi made an admission that he is personally in touch with the leadership of the terrorist group. Speaking to the BBC's Secunder Kermani, Shah Mahmood Qureshi admitted to be in direct contact with Jaish-e-Mohammed organization and confirmed that he maintains contact with this organization. In a separate interview to CNN’s Christiane Amanpour, Qureshi earlier admitted that Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar is in Pakistan and is “very unwell”.

Both these interviews clearly prove that this man is aiding and abetting a terrorist organization responsible for the murder of thousands of innocent women, children and men in South Asia. He must be reported to and tried by ICC for crimes against humanity, for knowingly supporting a terrorist organization and assisting with evading arrest and prosecution.

Relevant definition of crimes against humanity, ICC - For the purpose of this Statute, "crime against humanity" means any of the following acts when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack: (a)     Murder; (b)     Extermination; (e)     Imprisonment or other severe deprivation of physical liberty in violation of fundamental rules of international law; (f)     Torture; (h)     Persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity on political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender as defined in paragraph 3, or other grounds that are universally recognized as impermissible under international law, in connection with any act referred to in this paragraph or any crime within the jurisdiction of the Court.

All civilized society members must act now, act as one and help support survival of civilization by holding such supporters of terror organizations responsible for their acts, especially when they represent federal governments!
