This was no accident, this was on purpose, prosecute the man from Norfolk England, who on the evening of 25th of March, targeted a family’s cat, Mr Bumble, who was deaf with a heart murmur and ran it over with every intention of hurting it. The poor animal was helpless. Absolutely Heartbreaking.
