I HAVE BEEN QUESTIONING THIS FOR YEARS AND HAVE GOTTEN NOWHERE.  I HAVE NOW FIGURED IT OUT AND WOULD LIKE TO BRING IT TO YOUR ATTENTION.

IN THE TRI PALM ESTATES & COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY HANDBOOK PRINTED IN OCTOBER 2018, PAGE 14, NO. 11 - C, IT STATES THAT LOT OWNERS WHO LEASE OR RENT THEIR HOMES MUST NOTIFY THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE AND TPUOA OFFICE PRIOR TO EACH LEASE OR RENTAL.  IN MANY CASES THIS IS NOT HAPPENING.  ALSO, ON PAGE 14, NO. 11 - D, IT STATES THAT OWNERS MUST FURNISH THEIR LESSEES OR RENTERS A RENTAL DOCUMENT, WHICH MUST BE SHOWN TO MANAGEMENT AND, IN THE SENIOR SECTION , TO THE TPUOA.  WHEN THE RENTAL DOCUMENT IS PRESENTED AT THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE, THE RENTER AND PHOTOGRAPH WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE COMPUTER SYSTEM.  A RENTER WILL BE UNABLE TO USE ANY RECREATIONAL FACILITY IF HE OR SHE IS NOT IN THE COMPUTER SYSTEM.   I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THIS PROCESS IS NOT BEING FOLLOWED.  THERE IS A SIGN ON THE DESK IN THE LOBBY THAT STATES, NO CARD - NO ENTRY!  WE HAVEN'T USED CARDS IN YEARS!  AS A RESULT, WE ARE SEEING MORE AND MORE UNDERAGE INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN OUR SENIOR SECTION.  I BELIEVE THIS IS THE REASON WE ARE HAVING SO MANY PROBLEMS IN OUR COMMUNITY!  YEARS AGO, WHEN WE HAD THE CARD SYSTEM, WE DIDN'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM.  YOU HAD TO PRODUCE A CARD OR THERE WAS NO ENTRY.  NOW ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS SAY A LOT NUMBER AND YOU'RE IN!  THERE WAS AN INDIVIDUAL YEARS AGO THAT SAW SOMEONE ON THE SIGN IN LIST WITH HIS SAME FIRST NAME.  HE SAW THE OPPORTUNITY AND PROCEEDED TO USE THE LOT NUMBER FOR THAT INDIVIDUAL.  AS IT TURNED OUT THIS INDIVIDUAL WAS PARKING ON VACANT LOTS AND LIVING IN HIS VEHICLE.  HE OBVIOUSLY LOOKED AT THE LIST IN THE LOBBY WHERE YOU SIGN IN, SAW SOMEONE WITH HIS NAME AND STARTED USING THAT NUMBER.  FINALLY, HE WAS ESCORTED OUT OF OUR COMMUNITY AND WAS TOLD TO NEVER COME BACK.  THAT'S HOW EASY IT IS TO ACCESS THE FACILITIES.

ALSO, ON PAGE 14, NO. 11- E, IT STATES THAT IN THE SENIOR SECTION, HOMES MAY BE RENTED ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF WHOM AT LEAST ONE IS 55+ YEARS OF AGE AND ANY OTHER RESIDENT IS A QUALIFIED PERMANENT RESIDENT.  I'M NOT CLEAR ON WHAT THAT MEANS.

WE HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM HERE!  UNFORTUNATELY, THERE ARE SOME AREAS IN THE PARK WITH SITUATIONS THEY CAN'T CONTROL.  THEY CALL THE POLICE AND REPORT INCIDENTS TO THE TPUOA AND GET NO RESULTS.  THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE TO TURN FOR HELP!!!    MANY BREAK INS, DRUGS AND MENTALLLY ILL PEOPLE FOR NEIGHBORS.  IF WE DON'T DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SOON, WE MAY HAVE THOSE KIND OF NEIGHBORS LIVING NEXTDOOR TO US!  SOME DON'T WANT TO LIVE HERE UNDER THE CIRCUSTANCES, BUT NOW FACE A NEW PROBLEM!  WHO WOULD BUY THERE HOMES?  WOULD YOU?  MANY PEOPLE HERE ARE SCARED.  THEY CAN'T EVEN GET A PROPER NIGHT'S SLEEP WORRYING ABOUT WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN NEXT!  NO ONE SHOULD BE FORCED TO LIVE UNDER THESE CONDITIONS!  THE SAD THING IS, THERE APPEARS TO BE NO HELP AVAILABLE FOR THEM!  THIS WILL EVENTAULLY EFFECT ALL OUR PROPERTY VALUES!  ARE YOU WILLING TO TAKE THAT CHANCE?

IT WOULD BE NICE IF THE PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY COULD LIVE IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE THEY FEEL SAFE!  A PLACE THEY ARE PROUD TO CALL HOME!!!
