The reason for this petition is to reach out to the property owners of Walton Plantation and find out who is NOT in favor of the purchase of approximately 239 acres of land located south of Grand Pasture Road.

The PRESENT BOD OF WALTON PLANTATION HOA HAS SENT AN EMAIL TO MYSELF AND SOME OTHER PROPERTY OWNERS STATING THEY HAVE THE NEEDED VOTES TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE PURCHASE AND THE PROPERTY OWNERS IN WALTON PLANTATION WILL ASSESSED ANNUALLY TO PAY FOR THE PURCHASE OF THIS LAND. I’M NOT SURE OF THE DETAILS OF THE LAND DEAL.
