BIA 2 from Wanblee to Kyle is rarely ever sanded or cleared properly or early enough, BIA 2 is just one example of roads not taken care of properly in the winter. Multiple people have had vehicle accidents because of the ICE on BIA 2 on with some losing their lives! Other times leaving others with serious, life changing injuries and making them handicapped because of ICE on BIA 2 .  People taking that road in the morning can attest that most mornings in the winter after it has snowed even a little or there has been weather conditions causing icy road conditions, the road is snow packed and/or icy for much longer than the other roads...many times not cleared at all. Sometimes complete ice across the road, yet people have to travel it to work and school anyhow. Complaints about this haven't made much of a difference. There are people who have to travel very early like teachers, school staff, medical workers, nurses, doctors, people having to get to dialysis very early in the morning, even having to travel it at 4 am etc... Like, the dialysis center is over loaded with patients, so some have to start before 5 am.  BIA 14 and others are usually just as dangerous. Make the roads safe!
