Yes; that what happened! thousands of Sudanese postgraduates student travel annually to set for an exam in one of the prometric test centers in Egypt, KSA, etc 

OUR SURVEY RESULTS 

• 70% of postgraduates students with high degree dont have enough money to travel, "I have 300 usd to pay for ifom; but the joke i can't book a plane ticket and hotel to travel to Egypt" Dr. Ahmed Khaild commented .
• 80% exam takers not satisfied by their exam results because of many different psychological factors including their first visit for the new country where the prometric center located.
