Petisyen: Program Penggantian Modul Paparan iPhone 13 bagi isu White Screen of Death (WSoD)

Saya Xavier Naxa mewakili pengguna iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro dan iPhone 13 Pro Max (iPhone 13) di Malaysia yang terkesan dengan masalah “White Screen of Death”, “Green Screen of Death” atau mana-mana yang berkaitan dengan masalah skrin sebaik mengemas kini iOS 16.

Isu ini bukan terpencil dan melibatkan sejumlah pengguna iPhone 13 di Malaysia. Satu soal selidik telah dibuat selama 24 jam di Facebook dan Twitter yang melibatkan sejumlah responden. Hasil dapatan adalah seperti berikut:

Facebook

Jumlah responden: 583

Jumlah pengguna terkesan: 21% atau 122 pengguna

Twitter

Jumlah responden: 3,709 

Jumlah pengguna terkesan: 22% atau 816 pengguna

Berdasarkan dapatan di atas, saya mewakili pengguna iPhone di Malaysia memohon Apple:

1. Bertanggungjawab ke atas SEMUA penguna yang terkesan
2. Bertanggungjawab untuk membaik pulih iPhone 13 secara PERCUMA walaupun warranti telah tamat.
3. Melancarkan Program Baik Pulih di bawah Program Kualiti

Petisyen ini menyeru Apple untuk bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya memandangkan kes ini melibatkan masalah kualiti iPhone 13 serta iOS 16.

Petition: iPhone 13 Display Module Replacement Program for White Screen of Death (WSoD) issue
 
I, Xavier Naxa represents users of iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max (iPhone 13) in Malaysia who are affected by "White Screen of Death", "Green Screen of Death" or any other related screen problems after updating iOS 16.
 
This issue is not isolated and involves a number of iPhone 13 users in Malaysia. A 24-hour questionnaire was conducted on Facebook and Twitter involving a number of respondents. 
 
The findings are as follows:
 
Facebook
Total respondents: 583
Total users affected: 21% / 122 users
 
Twitter
Total respondents: 3,709 
Number of users affected: 22% / 816 users
 
Based on the findings above, I represent iPhone users in Malaysia would like to request Apple:
 
1.    To be responsible to ALL affected users
2.     To be responsible for repairing all affected iPhone 13 for FREE even if the warranty has expired.
3.     To lauch iPhone 13 Display Module Replacement Program under Quality Programme 
 
This petition calls on Apple to take full responsibility as this case involves iPhone 13 as well as iOS 16 quality issues.
