Entrance test for UG in Delhi University because of the leaked papers unrecognised by CBSE

Each year thousands of students dream of getting into the esteemed Delhi University.
A college, or a university as a whole obviously wants to groom talented and intelligent students. Afterall, students represent their University.
Unfortunately, the admission process of DU reflects equality not equity.
On one hand students from state boards can easily get more that 95% while on the other students from CBSE/ISCE board with equal level of intelligence can't score even 92%.
Class 12th requires studying at least 5 subjects while college narrows down the subjects to the capability of an individual.
Perhaps, a students who loves Biology mighy not be the most bright Physics students. Because of this reason he/she will be able to perform better in college than in school.
An esteemed university like DU can't afford to trust the authenticity of all boards, can they. However, these flaws have been breaking dreams since a long time.
Most importantly, there have been some leaked papers (eg. Biology) that have not received any response from CBSE and would probably never will. With that happening, I doubt DU can rely on the traditional process of merit-based admissions.
It is a kind request to the vice chancellor of Delhi University, Professor Yogesh K Tyagi, to plan an entrance test for all possible courses in DU to take a step towards equity.
