Many educated people are jobless due to proper guidance and support. The government should take care of them for a job in a government sector or in a private sector according to the skill of the people. The job must be given to the people at once. In early days, This type of support has been made only when the people are blood relations to the leaders. The uneducated people who are used in 100 days work, also used in agriculture for farmers and the government should give Rs 200 and the farmer should give Rs 100 so that the educated person is getting minimum Rs 300 per day and the farmers are also getting the work done at minimum cost.

We need the altruistic leaders  without ego to be the cabinet ministers to avoid the corruption and to do good governance. Any party people and citizens should keep in touch  with them regarding the problems. Our leaders can do a business to earn money without using their influence in a bad ways. Our Leaders and the part people, citizens must act with wisdom  to solve the issues.

Our social and ethical values are protected,  peace  and good relationships are maintained among all religion people.

Both the industry and the agriculture sectors should be enhanced without any environmental pollution,( solid waster, liquid waste , gaseous waster should be properly converted into the useful products).The people must be enlightened to keep the pure water, good food, dress code and avoid the open defecation.

The good government administrator should not abolish the previous governments projects and continue the same without changing the name of the projects.

Many people are getting death due to accident or sudden heart attack or illness. Any person dies due to illness within a month, it should be considered as a sudden death, there must be group policy for all citizens  so that their clan will be benefited.

The government should make growth in every sector without any corruption, the government assets should increase in all sectors. The government should not take a loan from the other country but it should settle the previous dues.
