The class is scrambling trying to figure out how to make the volunteer requirement work in the midst of a pandemic. Many of us are full-time students who also work and have other responsibilities outside of school. Our grade in an online class should not hinge on in-person activities especially on the introductory level. We want to collaborate and find something that works for everyone, because as it stands many of us will not be able to complete the requirements due to outside factors beyond our control. It is extremely stressful trying to figure out how to make this work on top of full-time school, jobs, transportation issues, etc. Please consider creating an Option B assignment for those who cannot find a way to volunteer.
