Tuition Fees Reduction: Faculty of Medicine, NUB

Tuition Fees Reduction: Faculty of Medicine, NUB
We are medical students in Nahda University in Beni Suef (NUB). As the end of the academic-year comes ahead, huge number of students requested their papers in order to be transferred to another university.
To break this down, all the students who wanted their papers can be classified into three main groups regarding the purpose of these papers.
Group A: It's too far
Some students, who are classified into group A, want to their papers to transfer to another university because it's way too far from their home and it takes an extremely long journey from to go to the university of to get back home.
And people in this group want to transfer to another university to be near their home and family.
Group B: It's too expensive
Now group B, these students want to be transferred to another university because one single reason: tuition fees are too high. And these are the vast majority and the biggest group among the 3. These students want to transfer to another university, even if it's more far for them, simply because they are going to pay half of the tuition fees in the other universities.
Group C: Miscellaneous
Group C are really the minority and have no problems at all. They just want a paper as a proof to a scholarship agency or an abroad university.
Therefore, as students, we kindly request the University President, Prof. Hossam El-Malahy, and the Dean of our faculty, Prof. Dr. Tarek Said . to consider the following:
1. Reduce the tuition fees.
OR
2. Allow all the people who want to be transferred to have their papers, not just 10% of students.
