There is no proper water supply in Araceli Palawan. Araceli Dam was build only a few years ago, but until now the water supply in the municipality is not consistent and other areas are not reached by a water.Some small barangays do not have a proper water source and some even fetching water in other Barangays by walking or traveling kilometers.

Here in Araceli Palawan we have some areas who've been affected of shortage of water supply.

One of the most important environmental goal is to provide clean and sufficient to all people .We can solve the water shortage problem here in Araceli by creating more dams and reservoirs,it can collect water during wet times and store it for use during dry speels and also it can be used for urban water supplies.

Another possible solutions is Rainwater harvesting or catching rainwater before it reaches the ground and storing it on containers or drums.
