On behalf of Irene Sevilla Garza's Heirs by name;: Freddie ,Henry, Daniel, Jody, Emilio, and Alicia Sevilla Garza come to petition before you the pending case ( 2022-PR-00177-1) , in this Courtroom adjudged Held, on 04/26/2022, that, the above mention come to a negation and agreement to terms deemed satisfactory to all six heirs for equal inheritance of the Estate of Irene Sevilla Garza in accordance to her wishes for her children who hereby signs this petition ( Contract), for all parties to close out this case and rest in the Estate of Irene Sevilla Garza.
