The Slumlord problem in Atlanta is out of control, and the local elected officials are root cause of why we as Atlanta residents have a Slumlord crisis!!! Georgia elected officials which includes every political seat, from the State of Georgia, City of Atlanta and Fulton County, is responsible for the Slumlord crisis in Atlanta!!!

The State of Georgia refuse to create legislation that protects tenants from unfair rent prices, and also refuse to create legislation that criminally penalizes Slumlords for violating Georgia Slumlord Laws!!!

The Atlanta City Hall elected officials have protected Slumlords from facing criminal penalities for repeated APD City Code Enforcement violations!!! The Atlanta City Hall elected officials have aso failed to protect Atlanta residents from illegal evictions, which has caused working class Atlanta residents to become homeless!!!

The Fulton County Commissioners, District Attorney and Chief Magistrate Judge have also turned a blind eye on the Slumlord crisis in Atlanta, and has also failed to protect Atlanta residents from illegal evictions and unsafe living conditions!!!

We as Residents of Atlanta have the legal right to file Pro Sa (on our own behalf) lawsuits against Slumlords, local government and elected officials who have refused to carry out the duties of their political seat!!!

Due the local elected officials allowing the Slumlord crisis to continue, Atlanta renters are paying around $1000 or more for rent to living in dilapidated housing!!! Atlanta renters and their children are also experiencing serious health problems, due to polluted faucet water and mold problems!!!  

THE LEGAL POWER TO GET HOUSING JUSTICE IN ATLANTA IS IN OUR HANDS, AS RESIDENTS OF ATLANTA!!!
