We believe that Birmingham City Council are discriminating against Private hire taxi drivers as Black Cabs are allowed to use bus lanes but private hire taxi's are not allowed, this is unfair treatment of private hire drivers as they also pay a licence fee. As a result of them being treated differently there are more traffic jams leading them to lose earnings and frustration from customers who see Black Cabs drive by, while they wait in queues which in some areas are known to take 45 minutes to get past. Sign this petition to get Birmingham City Council to treat all taxi drivers equally.
