Sub: Private Hire License Drivers’ in London discriminated against by TfL.

Transport for London issues both Private Hire and Black Cab Licences’. Both Licenses’ stand at the same platform, but the TFL has imposed congestion charge upon Private Hire License Drivers’ in London which is disproportionate.

TFL should scrap this inequality and withdraw this discrimination rule in order to allow Private Hire License Drivers’ in London to work without paying the controversial congestion charge.
