Since from many decades ayurveda teachers are being exploited financially by everyone. There was a era where lectures got less salary than clerk's of same institutions. All work academic, administration is done by lectures, but all the fruits and benefits are taken away by management, principal's. 

Thanks NCISM new gazette notification, we have legal backing to get our self respect back, which was long due. We (karnataka ayurveda teachers union) urge all stakeholders to come together and pressurise management to implement new salary.

Let it be warning to all those so called stalwart of ayurveda who are trying to block this new salary,as they are also running private ayurveda institutions.... Let them know, we will fight for our rights socially, academically as well as "legally"
