We as high school students believe that the new rule is that if our phones are out and seen by a teacher it is immediately taken to the office. It is not fair how the teachers get to have their phones out and even when we have nothing to do in class we would still get our phones taken. We all feel that we should have our phones out for at least 30 minutes durings lunch since it's a time for us and not doing any work, we are trying to compromise with the crack down but if we aren't allowed to have our phones then the teachers shouldn't be allowed to have their phones either. We hope we can come to an understanding to use our phones at lunch.
