Spelling is a useful skill and we should use it to compete for fun, even outside our classrooms. Recently, I learned that my brother gets to compete in a spelling bee at his school and I have been watching him practice his spelling words.

I am excited for him but, I realized that we don´t have a spelling bee at my school, Adams Elementary.

I wanted to make a petition for other Adams students that feel the same so we can bring the spelling bee to Adams Elementary.
