Students express themselves and show their personality through clothing, and wearing what makes them feel good helps improve self confidence. Obviously, kids can’t come to school wearing super revealing clothes or inappropriate shirts, but students should be allowed to wear shirts that say their favorite state on them, or whatever colors they want. These things make a kid’s appearance unique and make them feel like they stand out. Also, students should be allowed to wear shirts WITHOUT collars. Collared shirts are ugly and wearing a shirt with a collar doesn’t do anything, so just let kids wear normal t-shirts. The same way teachers get to wear leggings, tank tops, and clothes with designs on them, students should have the same right.
