We would like to address some issues related to college opening and having exams as well as classes offline.
With the sudden rise in cases of the Covid-19 (regular as well as Omicron variant) in India, particularly in the city of Chennai, it is very difficult for us to be there in campus physically. First of all safe traveling is an issue and then even if we come to the campus inspite of having followed all the protocols and rules and regulations, there is high chance of us getting infected from the viruses which will be very dangerous for us. It will be very difficult for all the out station students to be there if at all we get infected because our families won't be there to take care of us while we are ill.
Therefore there are many parents' who are not willing and are not prepared to send their wards to college in this prevailing pandemic situation. Students from many part of India and some from other countries have to come to college which is definitely not safe. We will be taking life threatening risks if we come to the college. Kindly consider online classes and exams sir.

So I thereby request you to kindly take some action by today as it is very urgent.
