Both Labour First minister and the Plaid Cymru leader are REPUBLICANS. It is hypocritical for them to say discussions are needed in Senedd, they are already biased, What they do not realise is that it is the monarch privilidge to give the title to his son and to arrange the investiture. These two are trying to make it political football as they aim for a Republic of totallywelsh speaking. THis is above politics and it perpetuates their feelings that anything beyond Offa's Dyke is poison, We as a nation should be proud to have the King's son as a Prince. They would show wisdom by remembering both Northern Ireland and Scotland have never had such an honour.
