with all the positive support for the legalization of marijuana, i wish to petititon President Obama to have a one hour prime time speech addressing this very subject. i think he owes all of us an explanation as to why Marijuana is still not legal.

further why are we still importing hemp, a superior natural fiber, from other countries?
