Will sign and share. I am also involved in an Equal Value Pay claim against ASDA, through Leigh Day solicitors.

Women are underpaid in almost all work fields in the same jobs as men. Women deserve every right and dollar as a man.

My male colleagues all had pay rises. I asked if the women (who do the same job) could also have pay rises and was told no as we aren't worth as much.

It’s 2021 pay should be about merit not gender.

Unequal pay for doing the exactly the same job as a guy is logically defensible. It just doesn't make any sense at all. It makes about as much sense as saying that women shouldn't play football. The sooner this ridiculous situation is dealt with the better.

I agree with Robert Craig, it would have to apply to all genders or it would be illegal. Some industries do pay women more than men, for example some adult entertainment subgroups. And black people are paid less than white people in all types of jobs. and a person who is the bosses' friend can be paid more than an 'outsider'. Disabled people are paid less. And so on.
