Dear PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji.

Sir While there are many who totally support your initiative for a Swatch Bharat abhiyan. The same cannot be attained till a complete ban is attained throughout the country on the sale of Paan, Paan masala and gutka products. 

So my urge to you to bring in necessary machinery and laws in place to make this offences non bailable crime. 

That is if we want stain free society, streets and surroundings. 

Also make spitting a criminal offence. Every citizen caught spitting and littering should be made to do compulsory voluntary social service like cleaning up of the streets. 

If we have to be in the race to reach the MOON then let's get the act of keeping our country clean first. 

I feel that Sir you and only you have the political will to bring about this change.
