Why people of the country be subjected to undergo surgery from untrained, unexperienced & unqualified surgeon?

Why rural population is being thrown at risk by putting rural healthcare as a reason for Mixopathy?

Rural India also deserve quality healthcare. 

Quality, Safety, Ethicality & Professionalism are being dumped by Mixopathy. 

Hon. Prime Minister should immediately intervene & stop this blot on healthcare of India called Mixopathy.
