To avoid corruption & favoritism in Recruitment to Junior Management level Executive posts in CPSEs, all CPSEs should have a uniform Recruitment Rules and such recruitment should be done on the basis of written test only. This will help in removing the following corruption issues:
- There will be transparency in Recruitment & will remove corruption & favoritism & even bribery.
- Even if there is a need for an interview, then in terms of Hon Supreme Court judgement, the written test should have 85% weightage & interview/Group Discussion etc can have a maximum of 15% weightage only.
The above action of the Government will be viewed by the young generation as an effort to eradicate corruption in CPSE recruitment.
