A person who hurts a woman dies so when his mental framework tells him that it is ok to do so. That mindset comes from his family and surrounding, his upbringing. So if we as a society we want to uproot this mindset, we need to ensure that the entire family is held responsible for this action and thought. We need to ensure that the family breaches him to respect women both inside and outside his home. And if he doesn't it is going to take steps needed to force him do so.

Hence if any individual commits any sort of violence, physical or otherwise, that responsibility should be put on the entire family and they should be equally held responsible and punished. This could be the first deterrent in such crimes. 

I strongly appeal to lawmakers bof this country to come forward and enact this law immediately.
