India's Reservation System are also decreasing the skills and creativity of the talented people (as well). As Rishi Jain Sir mentioned that the reason why talented peoples are leaving our country, which causing us the decreasing of the generating job. Because, Today not such talented people are at higher position where they can produce dragally increasing revenue which help companies to produce more and more job. As I am convinced all the 5 points mentioned by Rishi Jain Sir, beside this I would like to add some of my points as well, that government should have to make an organisation (under PMO India), where they will check the income and background if someones applies in Reservation group. Government should have to decrease the reservation percentage by 50% in all Reservation group, as we are living in 21st century where this much of high percentage in reservation system is not tolerable. Lastly, Govt should have to drop the rule, where any community candidate's cross the passing marks in examination of that group then he/she counts in a general category seat, which is totally against for that such talented people who are working hard for many years. It was freaked me out when I heard this.
The persons who actually needs reservation are not getting the benefits of it as their children are not going to school. The entire benefit is being cornered by the effulent class within the community. So present system of reservation needs to be reviewed. Whether son of an IAS IPS or minister needs reservation?
