 YOUR  EXCELLENCY ,

I have the honour to call for  Your Kind & Generous attention to have a close glance on my humble letter at your convenient time .. Dear Mr. Prime Minister Sire , as we all know since our childhood that Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose missing in action after Burma War during WW2. After that Nehru does complimented him as the war criminal and quoted Attlee to declare him as the war criminal OF INDIA . after this incident several decades past until your ablest administration disclosed and declassified his letters and docs to the citizens of India.

But going through several research papers doctrines and news I find no one in the western world declared him as the war criminal as such . even Britain didn’t have any such invoice mentioning him as the war criminal . I checked through Hague Convention, Geneva convention , Tokyo Trials papers as well but no where he was declared as the War Criminal .Only UN was left so I tried in UN archives there also no mention of War Criminal Tag thereof ..

Now since it’s a platonic claim by Nehru to address the SHER E HIND as war criminal I think its high time for us to reconsider it and removed the so called tag from his name and also we must take initiative to remove the tag from different military academies of India where still Netaji is considered as the traitor to the motherland India ,However  the battle hymn of the Indian army is taken from “ Kadam Kadam  badaye Ja”of  INA…

I would request Your  EXCELLENCY to consider our humble pledge and request from UN to give a credible reply on it  if possible.

Along with it on behalf of 1.38 billion Indians I would like to request you to take initiative to remove  the war criminal tag from his name and dedicate his birthday as PATRIOTS DAY  or WARRIORS DAY  devoted to the brave warriors of India ..

I hope you will be considering my humble request & pledge sympathetically emotionally passionately generously & thus oblige ..
