Recently CPWD (Government of India ) has invited the bids for "Developments /re  development of Parliament Building , common central Secretariat and central vista at New Delhi.

Central vista is one of the huge and Great Pivotal imaginary line running from Rashtrapati Bhawan to National Stadium through INDIA Gate, is a symbol of pride of our Nation .

The Designs proposal was received on the basis of Basis of Commercial strength rather than having essence of original planning of Lutyens, (the Great architect who designed New Delhi in 1911) and open design competition (Architect Act 1972- council of Architects)

The Plans / proposal submitted by the architect selected on the basis on commercial strength is proposed Mass Destruction on Either side of central vista-A grand urban axes of the world without resolving VIP and Public movement in and around Parliament Area, even selected architect is silent on Tourism in this area w.r.t. Cultural Heritage of INDIA.

Selected Architect does not say anything on Residence of Vice PRESIDENT OF INDIA Which is to be dismantled)

This invite the Huge Financial Implication to the Exchequer of INDIA, under present financial condition of the nation.

Mass destruction including those building  which was completed even last year by CPWD, like videsh Bhawan,National Museum, Vigyan Bhawan, Krishi Bhawan, Udyog bhawan,National Archive, leads to Great loss to the Records pertaining to Indian AdministrationMost of Ministries offices,and so many others buildings.

This entire area will shortly be declared World Heritage- UNESCO(Documents already submitted in 2013 by Government of INDIA)

Appeal to Architects, Designers,ordinary person, common man and politicians of INDIA to sign this petition in the best interest of nation to develop Central vista and planing as per Extension of Lutyens without Mass destruction in this area.

I urge to the Honorable Prime Minister of INDIA Shri Narender Modi ji to take appropriate action in the regard and protect the buildings with National Heritage,
