India is a country, with values and vision, and both here can be achieved through social harmony and being equivocal.  SC/ST act and reservation provisions are  preventing India to become incredible and a place for all. 

Politician only involved in exploiting this  rule. So time has come to put this to an end, or amend it, that will be valid only in tribal region such as of Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand etc. But only for schedule Tribe not for any other under any circumstances.  If  my government really want everyone can breathe freely and being equal in every circumstances, then scrap this SC/ST Act. 
We are India, we invest more in society, and in relative than bank and Fixed Deposit, so we all Indian are bound to bring harmony in our society. 

Why even we need this SC/ST ACT  in TIER I, II & III cities/Towns of India? 
SCRAP SC/ST ACT.
