Respect Delhi CM - The democratically elected representative

Delhi, the capital of India, has a very special status in the Indian Constitution. It is neither a full state nor a union territory fully governed by Central government. It is special because the people elect their representative by means of Vote. It becomes quite logical that in democracy, mandate of people should be respected at all times. There have been multiple contention points between Delhi govt which is in power since Feb 2015 and the central government led by our Hon. Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi. Delhi govt. led by Arvind Kejriwal wants to serve the citizens as he is accountable to them but central govt thinks it should rule the area.
Whatever be the case, the very basic attribute of humankind is to give respect. Recent incident of inauguration of one of the line of Delhi Metro(Majenta line to run between Delhi and U.P. and where 3/4th of the stations fall under Delhi) has sparked a huge concern when Delhi CM was neglected and was not invited for the inauguration where PM and UP C.M. were present. Delhi and Central Govt are 50-50 partner in Delhi Metro services. Still such a treatment for elected representative , is a shame on India's great democracy.
This petition is to make our voices heard and to tell our honourable PM that having personal issues with someone is a different thing and giving respect to people's mandate and their democratically elected leader should be the paramount responsibility of the esteemed office of Prime Minister as the PM is for the nation and not for his political party alone.
