This campaign is to lobby support in favour of withdrawing the legal right to exercise presidential mercy petition for rapists particularly:

1) who have violated underage individuals

2) who have brutalized/tortured/killed their victims

We must come together as a civil society and rid ourselves from this legal loophole by implementing meaingful deterrents.
