While dividing Andhra Pradesh into two States, the revenue earning capital city has been given to Telangana as capital. Since the residual State of Andhra Pradesh will become a revenue deficit one the then Union Government has accorded Special Category Status with tax incentives for 5 years. It has been approved by the then Cabinet and sent to Planning Commission for implementation. Where as the successive government did not implemented it. We demand it's implementation and justice to the residual State of Andhra Pradesh. Urge your support with folded hands on behalf of the people of Andhra Pradesh.
