Why P.Jayachandran (Paliyath Jayachandran ) should be nominated for the coveted award " PADMA VIBUSHAN" ?

P Jayachandran is renowned as an Indian playback singer and classical musician from Kerala. Jayachandran is best known for his captivating sound which gave him the title Bhava Gayakan by the music fraternity of South India.Jayachandran married Lalitha from Thrissur in May 1973. They have a daughter named Lakshmi and a son named Dinanath, who also sang for films.He has won one National Award and several Kerala State Awards and 4 Tamil state awards for the best playback . He has to his credit many malyalam , tamil songs to his credit . His few hit songs from films like Ariyathe ariyathe , pove pove ,Premikumbol etc. He hails from very famous PALIAM family . One of the senior member who is called Paliath Achan was Minister and adminstrator of former Cochin royal family .
