Respected and Honourable Citizens,

      In recent times the incidences of sexual offences are on rise. The main reason behind this is delayed/ non delivery of right justice at right place and right time. 
   I humbly request the law-makers of our country to frame fast-track courts enabling speedy proving of guilt and innocence and to execute the convicts in public . 
 The punishment should be capital but not mere Hanging. The private parts should be chopped-off then should be hung via crane. They must be held high to be visible to the public and aspiring criminals, who then will develop real fear of committing such heinous crime and hatred for such inhuman deeds.
